Douglass F. Noland
Douglass F. Noland was born in Kansas City, Missouri, and graduated from North Kansas City High School in North Kansas City, Missouri. Doug graduated from William Jewell College in Liberty, Missouri, with a Bachelor’s of Arts Degree in Political Science and History, then received his Juris Doctorate Degree from the University of Missouri-Kansas City School of Law. He served as an Assistant Prosecuting Attorney in Clay County, Missouri, and was the Chief Assistant Prosecuting Attorney trying numerous criminal cases. He engaged in an active and varied trial practice over the last 25 years in the areas of personal injury, medical negligence and wrongful death. He has tried in excess of 125 civil and criminal jury trials.

Thomas K. Mendel
Thomas (Tom) K. Mendel was born in Concord, Massachusetts, and graduated from Lansing High School in Lansing, Kansas. Tom graduated from William Jewell College in Liberty, Missouri, with a Bachelor’s of Science Degree in Business Administration and Information Systems. Tom worked as an Information Technology Consultant prior to attending the University of Missouri-Kansas City School of Law where he received his Juris Doctorate Degree. Tom is admitted to practice in the State courts of Missouri and Kansas and the United States District Court for the Western District Court of Missouri. He is a member of the Missouri and Kansas Bar Associations, the Clay County Bar Association and the Kansas City Metropolitan Bar Association.
